Gartnavel Royal Hospital, Glasgow

Robertson Facilities Management began delivering services at Glasgow’s Gartnavel Royal Hospital in October 2007.

The hospital is a progressive 117 bed mental health facility for which Robertson Facilities Management provides hard FM services to ensure the facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Robertson worked closely with client NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to ensure that the design of the building supported the integration of FM services with healthcare provision.

Patients and staff now benefit from a modern environment conducive to specialist treatment while Robertson continues to work in partnership with the NHS Trust to form a cohesive team delivering exemplar services.

This approach allows maintenance activities to be carried out without disrupting the wellbeing of patients and staff.
